1. "Service" refers to AI-based screen capture, analysis, and related functions provided by the Company.

2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the service under these terms.

3. "Member" refers to individuals who have registered and use the service.

4. "Content" refers to all forms of information generated, uploaded, and shared through the service.

1. These terms apply to all users who wish to use the service.

2. The Company may modify these terms for reasonable causes and shall notify users of any changes by posting the modified terms along with the current terms on the service's main screen, specifying the effective date and reasons for changes, at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

1. The Company provides the following services:

• AI-based screen capture and analysis functions
• Storage and management of captured content
• Content search and classification features
• Other services determined by the Company

2. The Company may modify the service to improve its content and quality.

1. Users can apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these terms.

2. The Company will register users as members unless they fall under the following cases:

• False, incomplete, or incorrect registration information
• Technical difficulties that significantly hinder member registration

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information during registration or modification
• Identity theft
• Modifying information posted by the Company
• Transmitting or posting unauthorized information (including computer programs)
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Damaging reputation or disrupting operations of the Company or third parties
• Posting obscene, violent, or inappropriate content that violates public order and morals

The Company may restrict service usage through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if users:

• Violate these terms
• Interfere with normal service operations
• Violate the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
• Violate other relevant laws and regulations

1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or similar circumstances.

2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.

3. The Company is not liable for any loss of expected profits from using the service.

1. These terms and disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over disputes between the Company and users.
